“I thought I was well informed about racism and racial justice until I took Confronting Whiteness. I was not. It was one of the most impactful and consequential things I have ever done," said Ravensworth Baptist Church's Geneva Pope. 

Several members took the Confronting Whiteness course earlier this year, and their mindsets and souls were filled with curiosity and conviction. This course is essential to all working through the idea of race, and whiteness in society, self, and faith. 

Gail Perry from Little River UCC will facilitate this early 2024 Confronting Whiteness course. 

• Cost is $150/person* + a book if you purchase James Baldwin's Collected Essays. Baldwin's book is also available from public libraries.
