Children
First Friday: Kids' Night of Fun First Friday: Kids' Night of Fun is designed to encourage a parents’ night out where the kids have fun, too! Parents of children from six months through sixth grade may take this opportunity to see a show, go shopping, or have a quiet dinner while the children have supper and participate in a fun evening. The program is offered October through April (except January) from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on the first Friday of the month. Each First Friday has a theme and includes crafts, games, speakers or programs, stories, and lots of imaginative fun. For more information, visit the First Friday page.
Salt of the Earth The Salt of the Earth choir, for children in grades 1 through 5, combines fellowship with the opportunity to develop musical talents.
Youth
Pilgrim Fellowship (PF) is an opportunity for youth to gather for recreation, fellowship, learning, and service for their spiritual growth.
Junior PF (age 11 - 13) and Senior PF (age 14 - 18) usually meet Sundays from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Parents are invited to share hospitality with the youth by bringing a Sunday evening meal.
Each month the youth are invited to attend a larger event such as an overnight lock-in, a visit to another area church, or a service project. Past activities have included a Halloween ghost tour, the Help the Homeless walkathon, and kayaking.
